Tregathenan Country Cottages, top quality self-catering cottages, centred around the courtyard of the 17th Century Old Farmhouse. Tregathenan’s tranquil rural environment is enhanced by our location at the top of a tarmac bridle path, where the majority of the passing traffic has hooves! Our location at the head of the stunning Lizard Peninsula, makes Tregathenan the perfect base for visiting all of the attractions West Cornwall has to offer, including the historic market town of Helston, Falmouth with its renowned National Maritime Museum, St Ives and the Tate Modern and picturesque villages, beaches and coves. “Away from it all – in the middle of it all” The Granary, The Hayloft and The Long Barn have been beautifully converted to provide four or five bed accommodation, individually designed to retain the charm and character of the original buildings. All three cottages are equipped to a very high standard, and have been awarded high ETC Star status. The fourth Barn is a Visitor Centre / Recreation Area / Children’s Playbarn, with a wealth of information available about the local area. There are heaps of games and toys to entertain our younger visitors while Mum and Dad relax in the sunshine. We also have an extensive video library available for your use. |
